They’ll learn key considerations when hiring their first worker, distinguishing between employees and independent contractors. Additionally, the workshop emphasizes the importance of workplace policies, including mandatory ones, in fostering legal compliance and positive workplace cultures. Participants will gain practical knowledge to implement effective contract practices and build successful employer-employee relationships.
