A 45-minute, Indigenous-led Harmonizing Hatha style yoga practice is a grounding and energizing experience that weaves together the four elements—Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.
Through intentional movement, breathwork, and mindful connection, you will align your Mind, Body, and Spirit, creating balance within yourself and the natural world. As a community, we come together in this sacred space, uniting our Minds as One in harmony and presence.
