Join the ADAAWE Family for a Day Trip to Pow Wow Pitch at the Summer Solstice Indigenous Festival at Mādahòkì Farm! This event is not to be missed, as we come together as the ADAAWE family to enjoy a day filled with pitching for Pow Wow Pitch, delicious food, mesmerizing performances, vibrant vendors, and an incredible powwow.

During this exciting event, we can support and cheer for one another as we pitch for cash prizes throughout the day. Pow Wow Pitch will take center stage, with ADAAWE members being key partners in the competition. Together, we’ll showcase our entrepreneurial spirit and vie to win $10,000 in prizes!

8:30 AM – Shuttle departs from ADAAWE to Summer Solstice Indigenous Festival

9:30 AM – Register and Get Your Name Badge

9:45 AM – Line Up to Pitch

10:00 AM – Pitch your business and how you would use $5K in 1 minute

11:00 AM – Enjoy the Summer Solstice Indigenous Festival

1:00 PM – Top 10 Announcement

1:15 PM – If selected for the Top 10, Get Paired with a Mentor

2:45 PM – Top 10 Line Up to Pitch

3:00 PM – Top 10 Pitch

4:30 PM – Fan Favourite Cheering and Winner Announcement

5:00 PM – Shuttle departs from Summer Solstice Indigenous Festival to ADAAWE

Throughout the day, we’ll be able to immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the Summer Solstice Indigenous Festival.

Please note that parking will not be available on-site at the festival, so we’ll provide shuttle services for your convenience. You can also consider using Uber, a taxi or check the Summer Solstice Indigenous Festival website for shuttle information from Algonquin College.
