ADAAWE Indigenous Business Hub is pleased to announce TikTok Day, taking place on May 12, 2023, from 12 PM – 5 PM. The event aims to provide a full-day bootcamp for Indigenous business owners to learn how to use TikTok to grow their businesses, tell their stories, and make an impact.
TikTok Day is being hosted by Sunshine Tenasco, ADAAWE Entrepreneur-in-Residence, and will feature TikTok influencer and trend-setting entrepreneur Ashley Michel, Founder of 4 Generation Creations. The program includes a range of informative sessions, including keynotes, a TikTok 101 session, learning-by-doing Create sessions, Ask Me Anything sessions, and a TikTok showcase featuring an esteemed panel of judges.
Participants will walk away knowing how to use TikTok for themselves and their businesses, media and the wider community are also invited to attend the showcase, which takes place from 4 PM – 5 PM, where we will showcase some of the TikToks created during the day and judges will provide feedback and select the top TikToks of the day to receive prizes.
Lunch, Refreshments and snacks will be provided, making it a fun and engaging event for all attendees.
