Business Model Canvas

In this course, we will go through the Lean Business Model Canvas and help students plan out their
venture – from idea to executable steps. Students will walk out with a better idea of:
• – Their value proposition
• – Target customers
• – Discover marketing channels
• – Best way to interact with their customers
• – Challenge them on different revenue models
• – Create a list of key resources needed to
execute their business
• – Identify key partnerships to help them focus on what they do best
• – Assess and identify costs to operate their business
Students will walk out of this workshop with a one-page business plan/canvas they can refer to and executive that will
