Legal Business Structures & How to Register your Business

This workshop explains the different legal business structures (sole proprietorship, partnership,
incorporations) , their differences and when you would choose one over the other. We will also take time to explain the different ways people can register their business (using a lawyer, DIY or a hybrid model) and will provide a step-by-step guide on how to do it properly.
