Create a Dreamcatcher with Bougie Birch

Have you always wanted to learn how to create traditional Indigenous dreamcatchers? Don’t miss your chance to get hands-on training at ADAAWE, and learn about the cultural significance behind this age-old tradition. Join ADAAWE member Ashley Clark, founder of Bougie Birch, for a craft-filled evening from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and learn to Create a Dreamcatcher with Bougie Birch.

1. Learn the basics of crafting dreamcatchers.
2. Understand the history behind Indigenous-crafted dreamcatchers.
3. Discuss Indigenous traditions regarding dreamcatchers.
4. Get a dreamcatcher creation kit from Bougie Birch
5. Create your own dreamcatcher on-site
6. $25 registration fee includes materials and event entry
